4. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for their journey. Mangalam Travel & Tours is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation, including denied entry or deportation.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Mangalam Travel & Tours acts solely as an intermediary between the traveller and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for:

  • Any delays, cancellations, overbooking, or strikes by third-party service providers.
  • Loss, injury, accident, damage, or theft experienced during the trip.
  • Events of force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We strive to adhere to the confirmed itinerary. However, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or services due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives of comparable standard.
