- Non-prime hours ticket is valid from 9 am to 2:30 pm and from 7:30 pm until closing.
- Children below 4 years of age can enter without a ticket, accompanied by a paying adult.
- The confirmations can be exchanged for tickets at the Burj Khalifa counter only 1 hour prior to your booked timeslot.
- Visitors are required to carry a printed copy of the ticket which needs to be presented at the entrance to gain the entry.
- Bring your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.
- The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
